The Facebook Support Network

Being a new mum is tough, there are so many unknowns and sometimes reaching out to someone you know can be difficult or there might not even be that support network available. This is where I found social media (Facebook in particular) to be invaluable… where else can you get 24/7 support from people who not only understand what you’re going through but are going through or have been through it themselves.

For me, this support was through some of the reflux pages, for my bestie it is through Babes That Picnic. There is literally a page for everyone, it’s just knowing what’s available. With the help of our lovely followers we have developed the below list (bible) of support available.
