Jody is a Pregnancy and Post-Natal Exercise Specialist, who is passionate about energising, educating and empowering pregnancy and post-natal women through the provision of safe but effective exercise programs and fitness sessions.
Sensible and safe exercise during pregnancy provides many physical and psychological benefits. MumaBumps small group pregnancy sessions enable mums-to-be to exercise safely and sensibly during their pregnancy, maintaining their fitness and strength, while learning tools in preparation for labour and meeting other expectant mums.
All sessions are held at 9am on Saturdays at Carine Club Rooms, Carine Open Space.
Terms & Conditions:
5 sessions must be commenced within 1 month of purchase
5 sessions must be used within 6 weeks of the first session
10 sessions must be commenced within 1 month of purchase
10 sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the first session
