Jody is a Pregnancy and Post-Natal Exercise Specialist, who is passionate about energising, educating and empowering pregnancy and post-natal women through the provision of safe but effective exercise programs and fitness sessions.
The 8-Week NewMuma Program was specifically designed for new mums, enabling a gradual and safe return to exercise while having their little ones right there with them in the class. These small group exercise sessions focus on re-activating and regaining endurance and strength in the areas most affected by pregnancy and childbirth.
All sessions are held in Carine.
