FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Go to the Parent Parcel website www.parentparcel.com
  • Go to the “Buy Now” Page or click on button and it will take you to the subscription page

  • Click on the “Yearly Subscription” section and follow the steps and create a user account and make the secure payment

  • If you have a discount code or gift voucher please enter this the Coupon field as shown below

  • You will then receive an email confirming your payment was received and confirming username. For security purposes your password will not be this email, however will be as you enter during process above.
  • Go to the Parent Parcel website www.parentparcel.com
  • Go to the “Buy Now” Page or click on button and it will take you to the subscription page
  • Click on the “Buy Gift Voucher” section and fill out the form with relevant details.

  • PLEASE NOTE: be as specific as possible the comments/message to recipient field so we are clear as to whether you would like the gift voucher emailed directly to you or the recipient. There is an option for the gift voucher to be posted out for an additional fee of $2AUD.
  • You will then receive an email confirming your payment was received and with the gift voucher attached.
  • You can log in access your offers via the webpage on your PC, phone or tablet device (screenshots shown below) or via our app on google play and iTunes. Please note, if you have a gift voucher you will need to activate this using the steps outlined below prior to this step.

  • Please check your Username and password is correct.
  • If this still doesn’t work, please click on “Lost your password?” link shown below

  • Enter your Username or Email Address and click the “Get New Password” button. A new temporary password will then be sent to your nominated email account.

    2. Go to the “Activate Gift Voucher” section
    3. Click “Sign Up” and fill out your details and enter your unique coupon code located on the gift voucher the “Coupon” field displayed below when requested
    4. Once the coupon code has been entered the amount owing should go from $39.95 to $0.00 and you can submit.
    5. You will then be able to log on using username and password just created

Your Parent Parcel subscription is valid for a 12 month period. If you have purchased a gift voucher the subscription will be valid for a 12 month period from date of activation (not date of purchase). Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew for a further 12 months and the Subscription Fee for the next 12 months will be charged to you. You will receive a push notification via the App and / or an email no less than 30 days from the end of a subscription period, advising you of the above and providingstructions on how to cancel your subscription.

No, you are able to login to an ipad or computer with a touch screen and redeem deals from there. You will however need to haveternet connection to load and redeem the deals.

You will be able to use your log on details on a maximum of two devices.

  1. You simply click on the offer that is available from the specific business

  3. If you are at the venue, you show the staff member the offer
  4. The staff member will click ‘redeem’
  5. The offer will be cleared and you will not be able to use this offer again

  4. You click the ‘redeem button’ on your phone

  6. You enter the codeto their website and receive your discount

  3. You phone the business and advise them that you would like to make a booking and you are a Parent Parcel member and would like to get your discount.
  4. The staff member will note that down and either give you a discounted rate over the phone (and click redeem when they see you to wipe away the deal). Or they may sight the offer person when you go there and give you the discount upon payment.
  5. The offer will be cleared and you will not be able to use this offer again

You can use each offer once a 12 month period. Some businesses may choose not to press ‘redeem’ to encourage you to return. That is at the discretion of the business owner.

The T&Cs are located on the front page of every offer. Please ensure you read these prior to requesting your deal.

When the ‘redeem’ button is pressed, it will then go to another prompt asking ‘are you sure you want to redeem this offer?’, therefore it is very difficult to do this. On the very rare occasion this takes place please email hello@parentparcel.com and we will be able to confirm this.

If your app stops working, you can redeem offers on your mobile phone by loggingto www.parentparcel.com (it will be linked to your app) the short term. This means you will never be left stuck and unable to redeem your offer. However please email hello@parentparcel.com for app support and we will rectify any issues as soon as possible.

An offer seems to have disappeared. I am sure that there was an offer on there when I looked on my app last week and now it isn’t there.

Parent Parcel is committed to keeping their customers happy, meaning that we want to stay fresh and new and ahead of the game to keep it fresh and exciting. This means that businesses will be added regularly and offers changed so that you get the benefit of receiving more offers all the time and the product continually improves. On occasions however, businesses may decide to leave us.

Parent Parcel is updated weekly with new offers as well as any changes to businesses that are listed (eg if they have closed down). By choosing to update now’ your subscription and relevant offers will be updated toclude these changes.

Apple, Android.Windows or Blackberry devices – can be used via browser

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently waiting our licencing from Apple and Google Play, once this is approved all subscribers will receive an email to confirm app is in use

Apple Updates:

When Apple and Google Play updates occur there may be some unexpected issues. This may take time to ensure full functionality of the app. We apologise advance should this occur. If this issue is arising when you are trying to redeem an offer, you can simply use another device and logon via your alternative device using your same login details (eg. Ipad).

Apple directly advises that before you agree to updates, you should back up all of your data on your device to iTunes before proceeding with the update. If you have any issues associated with Apple updates, please contact Apple directly. Parent Parcel cannot take any responsibility for isses that result from an apple update.
