Owl Eyes aims to help Families find the most suitable candidates for their role, by noting down the specific criteria of each position and communicating with both the Family and the Nannies throughout the process until a successful placement is made.

After working as private Nannies, and in various Childcare facilities for many years, the directors of the Owl Eyes Service both developed an understanding of what Families need, and look for, when it comes to caring for their children. They understand the most common concerns amongst parents and aim to put your mind at ease during this process.
Owl Eyes encourage our Nannies to nurture and educate your children to the best of their ability. To maintain a safe and secure environment whilst in your home, and engage in age-appropriate activities.

We also expect our Nannies to keep up with the day-to-day household duties while they are taking over the parents role, this can include cleaning/tidying up after the children, preparing meals, and other light duties such as folding washing, vacuuming, etc.

Owl Eyes strive to provide a thoughtful, personal and individual service to each client, as we appreciate that every Family will have differing needs and requirements when it comes to what they are looking for in a Nanny/Babysitter.
